My name is Fabian Kneipp, and I am the Managing Director at TruthSeekerGems. With nearly a decade of experience in the gem trade and extensive expertise as a gemcutter, I am passionate about delivering exceptional quality. My focus has always been on unlocking the full potential of each rough stone through precise cutting. But more than that, our team is committed to working closely with you—our clients—to understand your needs and ensure that every gem we deliver aligns with your vision.

Because of this TruthSeekerGems philosophy, it was an easy decision when I was offered the role of Managing Director.

My name is Stefanie Kneipp, and I am the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer at TruthSeekerGems. From the very beginning, gemstones have fascinated me — not only for their beauty, but for the stories they carry within them. This passion now shapes the heart of my work: connecting people, ideas, and the natural artistry of our gems.

At TruthSeekerGems, I oversee client relations and the operational side of our business, ensuring that every collaboration reflects the same dedication and authenticity that define our brand. For me, every partnership is built on trust, understanding, and shared creativity.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing what our clients create — how a gemstone we’ve sourced and cut becomes part of a meaningful piece of jewelry, a personal expression, or even a legacy.
