At TruthSeeker Gems, Fabian is responsible for cutting standards, quality control and sourcing decisions. He works closely with clients to understand specific requirements and translate them into precise cutting and sourcing solutions.

Co-Owner & Chief Operating Officer

Stefanie Kneipp is Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer at TruthSeeker Gems. She oversees client relations and daily operations, ensuring reliable processes and consistent communication with trade partners worldwide.

With a strong focus on long-term relationships, Stefanie maintains close contact with clients and ensures that each collaboration is handled with care, clarity and personal attention.
