Our cutting Standards
CUTTING QUALITY IS NOT A DETAIL
It defines how a gemstone performs, how it interacts with light, and how it will work in jewelry.
Gemstones have formed over millions of years within the earth. At TruthSeeker Gems, we believe that the final step — cutting — deserves the same level of precision and respect.
FROM ROUGH TO CUT
Every gemstone begins as a rough stone. The transformation into a finished gem is a deliberate process shaped by experience, material understanding and restraint.
We work with our own in-house cutters and a small, carefully selected group of external partners. Every design decision is made individually for each stone, based on its crystal structure, color zoning and optical potential.
DESIGN, PROPORTIONS & LIGHT PERFORMANCE
Selecting the right cut is a balance between preservation and performance.
Our goal is not maximum yield, but optimal proportions, symmetry and light return.
During cutting, a rough stone can lose 65–80% of its original weight. We consciously accept this loss to achieve balance, brilliance and long-term visual stability.

SYMMETRY, POLISH & CONTROL
Precision does not end with the design. Symmetry and polish are equally critical.
Our gemstones are polished to the highest standards and inspected multiple times under magnification. Every stone leaving our workshop undergoes strict quality control to ensure clean facet junctions, flawless polish and consistent proportions.
BEYOND COMMERCIAL CUTS
Unlike mass-produced commercial cuts, our gemstones are never shaped for yield alone.
Each stone is cut with intention — to reveal its character, to perform optically, and to integrate naturally into fine jewelry.
