At TruthSeekerGems we employ in-house cutters and also work with a selected number of external cutting partners. Our standard is perfection. Each individual gemstone receives absolute attention during the entire cutting process. Our key factors are the selection of a design that fits the rough stone in order to minimize the weight of the crystal. Despite world-class cutters, a rough stone loses between 65% and 80% of its weight as the stones are cut to very specific angles to achieve the best possible light return. Commercially cut gemstones are often cut too shallow or too deep, which not only affects the quality of the appearance, but may even limit the goldsmith's design possibilities.
